BIO
Mariclare Forsyth has wanted to be a teacher since she was 14, and has been finding ways to do that ever since. In college, she taught swim in  LA, and helped run a summer program for inner-city kids in Chicago. After college, she taught highschool English literature, speech, and choir at St Mary's in Phoenix, then choir, writing, and Latin at St Augustine's in Ventura. Mariclare taught online Latin courses for many years, as well as literature and Latin courses for local homeschoolers. She is currently loving homeschooling her four kids, singing in choir, reading, and discussing books. Her teaching style is very conversational, with a heavy emphasis on student discussion.
